Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) tojoin our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism and related disorders, with occasional travel to homes, schools, or clinical sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst where applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to families and staff.
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff.
