Job summary

tem is hiring a Baseload Originator to deliver high‑quality generator deals and expand baseload supply. You will own relationships end‑to‑end with developers and asset owners, shaping terms and pricing, and representing tem credibly in the generator ecosystem.

You’ll build a diversified portfolio across anaerobic digestion, landfill gas and energy from waste, coordinate with Trading, Legal and Product, and help accelerate liquidity and market pricing while upholding transparency and

Qualifications

Experience in energy, climate tech or B2B sales with multi-stakeholder deals.
Proven ability to source, structure and close generator deals.
Strong grasp of generator commercial drivers (price, risk, term, route-to-market).
Experience with PPAs, flexible products or structured energy deals; coordinate with Trading and Legal.
Excellent communicator who collaborates across teams to smooth generator onboarding.

Responsibilities

Run and close generator deals from signal to signature, shaping terms.
Grow tem’s presence with developers, IPPs and aggregators through outreach and data-led pipeline.
Build diversified portfolio across core tech types, regions, counterparties and tenors.
Track asset changes and deal activity; turn insight into offers and actions.
Own commercial due diligence and ensure clean handoffs to delivery.
Work with Legal, Ops and Product to remove onboarding friction.
Feed structured sell-side signals into pricing and strategy.
