Experis Technology Group seeks a Power Originator/Trader to join a dynamic energy team. You will build trading and origination strategies in ERCOT, identify and market power deals, and collaborate to develop processes and risk controls.

The role supports a startup-energy environment with evolving systems. Remote during initial phase with in-person work expected within the first year, plus potential involvement with London markets.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with ERCOT and Texas power markets.
• Experience in power origination or environmental product trading.
• Proven ability to structure and market power deals.
• Experience in startup or build-stage energy environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop power trading and origination strategies within ERCOT.
• Identify, structure, negotiate, and bring power deals and products to market.
• Collaborate with teams to develop trading processes, controls, and procedures.
• Engage with counterparties and stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to risk management practices and reporting frameworks.
