Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our datacenter construction team in Northern Virginia. You will lead Building Automation projects, supervise PMs, and ensure smooth operations while working remotely with occasional site visits.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BAS/HVAC projects, supervisory experience, and data center exposure. Diverse benefits, vehicle stipend, and 401k match are included.

Qualifications

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing Building Automation/HVAC Controls projects.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience leading/mentoring direct reports.
• Data center projects experience.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental operations while leading the execution of Building Automation construction projects.
• Oversee Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers on datacenter sites.
• Directly manage select projects and report to the Operations Manager.
