Qualifications

5+ years of experience in building automation / HVAC controls.
Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC systems, and Direct Digital Control (DDC) applications.
Strong technical skills to design, install, and troubleshoot complex BAS/HVAC/DDC systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and quick issue resolution.
Strong communication and teamwork skills across diverse project teams.
Commitment to staying up-to-date with latest industry trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

Install, program, and commission BAS for various projects.
Integrate HVAC systems and DDC applications into overall building design.
Troubleshoot BAS, HVAC, and DDC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of systems.
Provide technical support and guidance on BAS/HVAC/DDC topics.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to drive project success.
