Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior BAS Specialist to lead installation, programming, commissioning, and servicing of Building Automation Systems on new datacenter construction projects across the Northern Virginia area.

The role requires 5+ years in BAS/HVAC controls, knowledge of major BAS platforms, and experience with datacenter facilities. A clean driving record is required and a company vehicle or stipend is provided as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Building Automation/HVAC Controls field experience.
• Knowledge of 1 or more major BAS/Controls platforms, including Johnson Controls, Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Reliable Controls, Automated Logic, Distech, Delta Controls, or similar.
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as BACnet, Lonworks, Modbus
• Clean Driving Record
• Experience with datacenter construction projects or other mission critical facilities
