Qualifications

• JD required with licensure to practice in Maryland.
• Working knowledge of Bankruptcy Code and Rules.
• Ability to handle bankruptcy pleadings and filings.
• Experience with electronic court filings (ECFs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primarily manages bankruptcy routine matters.
• Draft and review all pleadings and claims filed in the matter.
• Respond to general firm-wide bankruptcy inquiries.
• Review filings on behalf of clients.
• Monitor all electronic filings (ECFs).
• Resolve routine matters such as motions for relief and proofs of claim.
• Maintain regular communication with client, opposing counsel and the Court.
