Qualifications

• Active bar admission in Florida in good standing.
• Admission to all bankruptcy courts within Florida.
• Experience in representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Attend hearings and prepare attendance with clear instructions.
• Review and sign pleadings for compliance.
• Monitor ECFs and dockets in real time.
• Provide timely communication and guidance to staff and clients.
• Stay updated on relevant case law.
