This primarily remote opportunity allows you to represent lenders, creditors, mortgage servicers and financial institutions in bankruptcy matters across the state, with regular appearances in Federal Bankruptcy Court in Florida.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar license.
• 1-10 years in bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 7 and 13.
• Experience representing lenders, creditors, mortgage servicers, or financial institutions.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseload with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters for lenders and creditors.
• Draft and file motions, objections, proofs of claim, orders, and other pleadings.
• Represent clients at bankruptcy hearings, mediations, and court proceedings in Florida.
• Handle contested matters, adversary proceedings, and appeals in bankruptcy litigation.
• Provide strategic guidance on bankruptcy and creditor rights issues.
