Responsibilities
- Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 and suggest practical legal strategies.
- Review and prepare petitions, schedules, plans, motions, and related filings.
- Prepare for and attend 341 meetings, hearings, and other proceedings.
- Manage deadlines and keep clients informed of progress.
- Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to move cases forward.
- Contribute to improving workflows and overall client experience.
