• Guide clients through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases and recommend practical legal strategies.
• Review and prepare petitions, schedules, plans, motions, and related filings.
• Prepare for and attend 341 meetings, hearings, and other proceedings.
• Manage deadlines and assigned matters while keeping clients informed and supported.
• Partner with paralegals and legal assistants to move cases forward efficiently.
• Help improve workflows, quality, and the overall client experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

• J.D. from an accredited law school and Wisconsin licensure in good standing, or eligibility for required Wisconsin admission.
• At least one year of hands-on consumer bankruptcy experience in Chapter 7 and/or Chapter 13.
• Strong legal analysis, writing, judgment, organization, and client communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaborate effectively.
