Primary duties include managing bankruptcy routine matters, drafting pleadings and claims, monitoring ECFs, attending hearings, and maintaining client communication with the firm

Qualifications

• JD required and GA Bar admission.
• Located in Atlanta, GA or within commutable distance.
• Working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure; training possible for right candidate.

However, we are open to training the right team-oriented candidate with less experience. License to practice law in Georgia
