Job summary

Jack Henry is hiring a Financial Representative for a remote role with hybrid options for candidates near Springfield, MO (and within ~70 miles of Allen, TX; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO). Training starts 12/7/2026, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CT for 5 weeks.

The position pays $34,320–$37,500 per year with on-site onboarding requirements and occasional Saturday/Sunday shifts. Ideal candidates have 18+ months in a call center, bank, or credit union, strong communication and multitasking skills, and

Qualifications

Must have at least 18 months of experience in a call center, bank, or credit union.
Schedule adherence is monitored. Must be able to adhere to a published break and lunch schedule.
Proven ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems while assisting customers/members.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and understandably.
Full-Time candidates must be able to work the following: schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a fixed shift after offer.

Responsibilities

Providing assistance to customers and members, similar to an over-the-phone personal banker.
Assessing the nature of questions and issues and resolving them promptly.
Verifying customer information to ensure security before modifications or resets.
Escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel and following up in team meetings.
