Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Financial Representative to support financial institution clients remotely with optional hybrid work near Springfield, MO.

Training requires on-site onboarding, with subsequent 2–3 onsite days per week for some locations and a baseline schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role pays $34,320–$37,500 annually, with a shift differential for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of experience in a call center, bank, or credit union.
• Able to adhere to published break and lunch schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to stay calm under stress.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full-time candidates must be able to work the following shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• One Saturday/Sunday shift per week may be required.
• Shift hours are 7 AM–12 AM CT.
• Need internet at own cost with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to financial institution clients' customers and members, similar to an over-the-phone personal banker.
• Assess questions and issues and resolve in a timely manner with guidance from clients.
• Verify customer information to ensure security before modifications or resets.
• Escalate complex issues and communicate needs to appropriate personnel.
• Participate in team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and quality reviews.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
