Job summary

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) seeks experienced senior practitioners to build a new Financial Services Operations & Technology practice. You will lead engagements across operations, technology, and the customer lifecycle, steering delivery teams and shaping offerings while expanding client relationships.

Roles include Associate Director and Senior Managing Consultant, with paths to lead complex programs, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to business development and thought leadership

Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience delivering business transformation for financial institutions.
• Deep experience in one or more of the following areas: retail banking, consumer lending, or credit cards, including servicing, collections, and default.
• Experience leading large transformation programs in regulated financial institutions, including work involving regulatory change, compliance, operational improvement, or regulatory remediation.
• Ability to work effectively across business, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead banking transformation across consumer lending, retail banking, and payments.
• Assess current operations, design future-state operating models, and develop practical implementation roadmaps.
• Lead transformation programs, governance, and PMOs from strategy through execution.
• Support technology-enabled transformation, including vendor evaluation, implementation, and business readiness.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables and executive presentations.
