BRG is hiring experienced business transformation consultants for a new Financial Services Operations & Technology practice focused on consumer and commercial lending and payments. Roles involve leading analyses, delivering practical recommendations, and shaping the growth of the practice.

You will work directly with banks, design future operating models, and drive implementation roadmaps while coaching junior staff.

Formación

• A minimum of 4 years of prior consulting experience delivering business transformation for financial institutions is required.
• Managing Consultant candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including experience leading workstreams and coaching junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support transformation initiatives across consumer lending, commercial lending, and payments.
• Assess current operations, design future‑state operating models, and develop practical implementation roadmaps.
• Support transformation programs, governance, and PMOs from strategy through execution.
• Support technology‑enabled transformation, including vendor evaluation, implementation, and business readiness.
• Develop high‑quality client deliverables and executive presentations.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and communicate recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our AI specialists to incorporate AI‑enabled approaches into consulting delivery.
• Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
