UMB Bank is hiring a Consumer Services Specialist to deliver an unparalleled customer experience by handling inbound service center calls and building relationships with customers. You will access multiple systems to answer banking questions, resolve issues, and cross-sell products.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English, and 1–2 years of customer service experience. Training, shift flexibility, and incentive opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• 1-2 years customer service or similar work experience.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Ability to interact with and manage multiple computer systems.
• Demonstrates pleasant phone and interaction skills with customers.
• Knowledge of basic banking products including checking, debit, and credit card accounts.
