Qualifications

• One year of experience in a retail environment with customer interaction and product recommendations.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Convert transactions and service requests into cross-sell conversations to deepen client relationships and meet customer needs.
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses, and developing referral networks.
• Achieve daily KPIs while balancing competing priorities.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash drawer management, and bank documentation to industry and legal standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
