You will train and update skills through classroom and online learning, with performance measured by quality, talk time, and cross-sell success, plus monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in the English language.
• 1-2 years customer service or similar work experience.
• Knowledge of basic banking products: checking, debit, and credit card accounts.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems to access client information.
• Understanding of privacy regulations and proper customer authentication.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers over the phone to answer banking questions and resolve problems.
• Learn and maintain skills through training and ongoing communications.
