Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience balancing large sums of money.
• 1-2 years’ experience reconciling bank statements in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of medical office operations is helpful.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel pivots, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile clients’ bank accounts.
• Communicate with client representatives and identify posting or deposit issues.
• Coordinate with payment teams to identify missing or unbalanced checks.
• Notify the Client Service Manager of outstanding issues prior to month end.
