Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project or program management experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• U.S.-based with ability for domestic and international travel as needed.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Bank Pro delivery: end-to-end planning and execution across engineering, product, and partners.
• Coordinate engineers, product managers, and bank stakeholders toward milestones.
• Manage bank partner relationships and align delivery with go-live goals.
• Establish program rigor with reporting cadences, risk tracking, and RAID logs.
• Communicate status and risks clearly to leadership, proposing resolutions.
