Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond to interpreting sessions promptly in a friendly, professional manner.
• Render correct concepts and meanings according to interpretation conventions.
• Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation and polite expressions.
• Maintain professionalism and composure, even in stressful calls such as 911 or emergency situations.
• Follow client instructions and protocol to meet expectations for LEP interactions.
