Qualifications

• 5-7 years of backend development experience.
• Proficient in Python and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Elixir or willingness to learn Elixir.
• Ownership of production infrastructure.
• Proven ability to scale queue-driven or real-time systems.
• Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and incident reduction.

Responsibilities
