Responsibilities

• Resolve customer-reported issues quickly and thoroughly from investigation to fix.
• Diagnose complex production problems across services and data pipelines.
• Deliver high-quality engineering work improving the platform for customers.
• Partner with Customer Success to align on technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Write clean, maintainable code and uphold best practices.
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability; participate in on-call.
