Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Intermediate Backend Engineer for the Platform Readiness team within Developer Experience. You will build agentic workflow components and contribute to a knowledge base, while partnering with Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams to ensure platform readiness across four deployment targets.

You’ll work on YAML/JSON Schema-based schemas, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and apply AI-driven tooling to accelerate secure software delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with backend focus.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang.
• Comfort reading and contributing to schemas (YAML, JSON Schema).
• Experience with Kubernetes and failure-mode reasoning.
• Ability to work asynchronously and communicate in writing.
• Exposure to LLM APIs, prompts, or agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain agentic workflow components on the Duo Agent Platform.
• Contribute to the platform requirements knowledge base and validation tooling.
• Build integration surfaces for feature teams across issues, MR, docs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Data teams to produce platform readiness artifacts.
• Write clear documentation and evaluations to validate agentic-workflow behavior.
