Qualifications

• 5+ years building production backend services.
• Experience with API design including versioning and error handling.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth/OIDC/JWT.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and IaC.
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems using metrics and traces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate backend services for AI tooling.
• Define SLOs and monitor reliability.
• Own on-call rotations and incident response.
• Design authentication systems and secure access.
• Collaborate with Platform, SRE, and security teams.
• Improve deployment, observability, and performance.
• Contribute to open-source tooling when possible.
