Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a backend engineer to build, deploy, operate, and scale production backend services powering AI-driven developer tools. You will work on MCP servers, agent skills, and AI assistants to deliver reliable infrastructure.

You will own service architecture and infrastructure decisions, improving reliability, maintainability, scalability, and deployment processes, while collaborating with platform, SRE, authentication, and edge functions teams to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, operate, and scale production backend services supporting AI-powered developer tools, including MCP servers, agent skills, and AI assistants.
• Own service architecture and infrastructure decisions, improving reliability, maintainability, scalability, and deployment processes.
• Define and monitor SLOs, manage on-call incidents, and collaborate with platform, SRE, authentication, and edge functions teams to ensure operational excellence.
