Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI-Driven Systems, based in the United States. You will redesign backend architecture, build durable workflows, and modernize distributed systems while maintaining the reliability of live production services.

This fully remote role centers on Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS, with opportunities to contribute to AI infrastructure and agent-driven workflows. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-native insurance

Qualifications

• Experience building production Node.js/TypeScript services.
• Hands-on in distributed or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and code migrations.
• Cloud experience, preferably AWS, with observability and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement durable backend workflows with clear boundaries and idempotency.
• Write, review, test, and deploy production Node.js/TypeScript code daily with AI coding agents.
• Lead AI-assisted development and establish reusable engineering standards.
• Plan migrations and architectural improvements while preserving production continuity.
