Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Backend Solutions Architect to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed backend services that power mission-critical workloads. This 100% remote US role is a full-time Direct W2 position with a salary range of $100,000-$150,000 per year.

You will architect core platforms focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance, lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and work with SRE and platform teams to improve reliability and

Competenze

• Six+ years of backend engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Proficient in Java, Go, or Scala.
• Experience with Kafka and high-throughput messaging.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL data stores.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.

• Design and implement large-scale distributed backend systems in Java/Go/Scala.
• Architect data partitioning, replication, and consistency strategies.
• Build resilient APIs with observability and idempotency.
• Optimize latency, throughput, and cost with profiling and load testing.
