10Pearls in Durham, NC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead system implementation efforts. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, manage stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams, and drive deliverables with external vendor partners.

This role requires strong communication, UAT coordination, and change-management support, with exposure to enterprise software implementations and a global team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of senior BA/PM experience in system implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Experience coordinating UAT activities and vendor management.
• Excellent facilitation and documentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities for the system implementation project.
• Partner with stakeholders and external vendor teams to track progress and deliverables.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT planning, execution, and issue follow-up.
• Organize meetings and status updates with the team.
• Coordinate end-user training and support change management.
• Provide regular status reporting on risks, dependencies, timelines, and actions.
• Develop SME in product and business processes to support implementation.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of about 15 stakeholders.
