• Requires strategic thinking, problem framing, and solution-oriented analysis.
• Advanced facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with process modeling, requirements documentation, project planning and governance.
• Strong analytical, estimation, risk management, financial, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead independently, manage ambiguity, and mentor others.

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex initiatives.
• Facilitate discovery to identify objectives and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams at all levels.
• Lead current-state and future-state process design and solution definition.
• Manage requirements scope, traceability, and change control.
• Define and track business value metrics and acceptance criteria.
• Lead user acceptance testing strategy and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to capability development.
• Coordinate project governance, status meetings, and client communications.
