Job summary

Perceptive Inc. is seeking a Manager, Business Analyst to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive value from our products and services. The role emphasizes gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders and delivering measurable improvements.

You will manage a BA team and own substantial initiatives while promoting evidence-based solutions across multiple business areas. Experience in life sciences, Agile, UML/BPMN knowledge, and strong coaching skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

Experience in life sciences sector and clinical data management or programming is desired.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum) and data modelling standards.

Responsibilities

Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition and prioritization for large, complex initiatives.
Adopt appropriate requirements methods and select plan-driven or iterative approaches.
Obtain input and formal agreement to requirements from diverse stakeholders.
Negotiate priorities and manage conflicts across stakeholder groups.
Ensure changes to requirements are investigated and managed.
Contribute to organizational methods and standards.
Investigate operational requirements to identify effective business solutions.
Analyze stakeholder objectives and define options with acceptance tests.
Describe users’ goals and environments for systems and services.
Engage stakeholders to ensure user needs are met and feedback is incorporated.
Lead business process improvement using BPMN and related methods.
Provide leadership and mentoring within the BA team.
