MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. invites applications for a Sales Manager to consult prospects, manage warm leads, and guide clients through the full sales cycle for educational programs. The role is fully remote and predominantly uses English via WhatsApp, email, and calls to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Experience in B2C sales, CRM familiarity (AmoCRM preferred), and strong negotiation and client‑consulting skills are essential. Russian language skills are a plus due to a multilingual team.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2C sales.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above, both spoken and written.
• Experience with CRM systems; AmoCRM experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Consult warm leads provided by the marketing team and sell educational programs.
• Communicate with clients primarily in English via WhatsApp, e‑mail, phone calls.
• Identify clients’ needs, present training options, handle objections, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate lead records and sales pipeline in AmoCRM.
• Follow up with prospective clients and achieve individual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales lead and the wider team to improve sales processes and scripts.
