Job summary

LumiMeds is hiring a hands-on Sales Manager (B2C) for a remote role. You will coach a remote team of B2C Sales Representatives, optimize inbound/outbound strategies, and drive conversion improvements.

You’ll analyze the full customer journey, develop playbooks, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to scale patient acquisition. Ideal candidates have a track record closing high‑intent consumer sales, leading teams in fast-paced startups, and a strong command of CRM

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2C sales experience
• 2+ years leading high‑performing sales teams
• Proven experience closing sales personally
• Experience coaching and improving conversion rates
• Experience managing high‑volume inbound/outbound sales
• Strong CRM management, forecasting, and reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote team of B2C Sales Representatives
• Own inbound lead conversion and outbound follow‑up strategies
• Analyze customer journey to identify bottlenecks and improve conversions
• Develop and refine sales scripts, objection handling, and playbooks
• Set KPIs and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure CRM hygiene, pipeline health, and accurate forecasting
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance
• Work with Operations and Customer Success to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Leverage AI tools to improve coaching, reporting, and productivity
