Job summary

LumiMeds is a remote-first health-tech startup seeking a Growth Marketing leader to own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and more. You will drive testing, CRO, and lifecycle automations, while ensuring healthcare ad policy compliance.

A strong focus on retention, LTV, and scalable unit economics guides decision making. You will partner with Creative, Product, and Leadership to scale acquisition responsibly, improve landing pages, and build an analytics-driven marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google/Meta ads and other major platforms.
• Strong CRO mindset and lifecycle marketing experience.
• Experience building SMS and email lifecycle automations.
• Familiarity with healthcare advertising policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple ad platforms.
• Lead testing strategy for copy, creatives, offers, audiences, and funnels.
• Drive landing page and funnel optimization and checkout flow improvements.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and regulated marketing rules.
• Build lifecycle marketing engine including SMS and email automation and retention flows.
• Develop reporting dashboards and monitor CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
