The role emphasizes appointment setting, consultative selling, and collaboration with internal teams to progress deals from prospecting to closed won. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of sales experience, proficiency in PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook, and may hold a Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of successful sales experience or success as a Staples B2B Sales Associate.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit effective appointment setting skills and set the required number of appointments each week with the correct decision makers.
• Utilize professional selling skills to uncover needs and communicate Staples value propositions, products and assortments.
• Prioritize activities using prescribed selling tools and document customer engagement (e.g., Priority List, Tenfold, SFDC).
• Collaborate with customer support/set up teams and category specialists to move deals toward closed won.
• Ramp and onboard new accounts to expand the customer base and drive compliance to new accounts/programs.
• Understand prospect industry buying processes to support product selection and standardization.
