Job summary

Jamf is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to balance development velocity with reliability across services. You will partner with engineering to set SLOs and error budgets, investigate complex production issues, and build automation and AI-powered tooling for global reliability.

This is a remote role with Poland-based sponsorship and possible office presence as needed. You’ll work at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Customer Success and Support, contributing to Jamf’s reliability

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, SRE or production ops.
• Proficient in diagnosing issues from first principles with tooling.
• Experience with Agile processes and CI/CD.
• Hands-on production ops on AWS (EC2, S3, EKS, RDS).
• Strong observability and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define service-level objectives and error budgets with engineering teams.
• Investigate complex production issues end-to-end across layers.
• Produce runbooks, architecture notes and postmortems for auditable use.
• Identify toil and lead automation and AI-enabled fixes.
