Day Translations, Inc. is seeking a Social Media and Community Manager to grow our online presence, engage audiences, and connect businesses with our translation, interpreting, and localization services.

You will own our social media planning, original writing, publishing, daily engagement, and performance reporting, with a focus on B2B audiences and a strong brand voice across multiple platforms. This is a remote, full-time contractor opportunity with US Eastern Time overlap.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and online communities.
• Strong English writing and professional communications.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and trust-building through content.
• Experience with content calendars, scheduling tools, and analytics.
• Curiosity about languages, cultures, translation, localization; ready to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop a practical social media plan and content calendar.
• Research services, customers, industry trends; convert into posts.
• Write original English captions in brand voice; adapt per platform.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designer and approvals; publish posts.
• Check copy, links, tags, formatting, visuals before publishing.
• Respond to comments and messages during working hours; build relationships.
• Monitor brand mentions and route inquiries to the right team.
• Manage priority channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads.
• Track engagement, website traffic, inquiries; share weekly results.
