Job summary

Consertus, a Miami-based AI-driven capital program manager, is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to translate brand and marketing initiatives into compelling content for B2B audiences.

Reporting to the VP of Brand & Corporate Communications, you will own editorial planning, content creation, publishing, and analytics while supporting thought leadership, campaigns, and industry awards. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
• Experience managing professional social channels, schedules, and content calendars.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling with strong editorial judgment.
• Strong understanding of B2B social media and content marketing.
• Experience with scheduling, management, and analytics platforms.
• Strong organization and deadline management skills.
• Ability to balance strategy with execution and collaborate with leaders.
• Portfolio or work samples showing social media writing and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media plans and editorial calendars.
• Create on-brand social copy and repurpose content across formats.
• Coordinate briefs for graphics and video with internal teams.
• Translate technical topics into accessible content with brand voice.
• Monitor engagement and respond to audience questions.
• Work with executives and teams to meet marketing objectives.
