Job summary

ResMed seeks a Sales Support Representative to remotely support customers across Eastern Canada. The role focuses on enterprise-level service delivery, coordinating resolutions, and strengthening client relationships.

The candidate will work closely with Sales Management to assess trends and drive proactive service programs. The ideal candidate brings bilingual communication skills (French/English), 1+ year of B2B sales support experience, and a collaborative, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; bilingual communication essential.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales support; medical device industry preferred.
• BA/BS in business discipline or equivalent experience preferred; notrequired
• Strong teamwork ethic and proactive attitude; customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients
• Ensure quality service and operational performance within program and delivery standards
• Develop client relationship and understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs, plan service delivery and drive proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce downtime and costs
• Act as single point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues
• Develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships within assigned accounts and account managers
• Enhance relationships through routine virtual visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, in-services, and problem resolution
• Document activities within the CRM system
• Work closely with Sales Management to evaluate business conditions and sales trends
• Develop and implement a proactive plan involving service and support with Sales Management
