Job summary

ResMed is seeking a highly organized Sales Support Representative for a remote position. Based in Central or Eastern Time Zone, you will support customers in Detroit, Chicago, Dallas, and New York City markets and partner closely with the sales teams.

You will sell ResMed products, execute account strategies, and build strong customer relationships while providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Sell ResMed products and solutions to customers in assigned territory or accounts.
• Execute account strategies defined by sales leaders to meet sales objectives.
• Understand customers' business to identify needs and selling opportunities.
• Enhance relationships through virtual visits, demos, and educational programs.
• Coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues.
• Document activities in the CRM system.
• Work with Sales Management to evaluate conditions and trends.
• Develop and implement proactive service and support plans with Sales.
