Job summary

ResMed Inc. is seeking a highly organized Sales Support Representative for a fully remote role. Candidates must be based in the Central or Eastern Time Zone and support Detroit, Chicago, Dallas, and New York City markets.

Relocation assistance is not available. The role focuses on selling ResMed products, executing account strategies, and building strong customer relationships while coordinating with sales leadership and the CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Sell ResMed's products and solutions to customers in assigned territory and/or accounts.
• Execute account strategy to attain sales objectives and quota.
• Develop an understanding of customers’ business to identify needs and selling opportunities.
• Enhance customer relationships via virtual visits, demonstrations, and educational programs.
• Coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalations in CRM.
• Document activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to evaluate business conditions and trends.
• Develop proactive plans with Sales Management for service and support.
