Job summary

Devine Business Group seeks a Sales Representative and Trainer to drive field-based B2B sales of supplemental insurance and mentor a growing sales team. This full-time independent contractor role blends new client acquisition with coaching, aiming to help businesses protect their employees while you build a scalable practice.

• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience mentoring or training others.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable using CRM systems and Mac products.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions directly in the field, going business to business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Consistently meet sales goals by identifying opportunities, addressing client needs, and maintaining ethical sales practices.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives to help them succeed.
• Lead by example to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
