Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales
• Experience with cold-calling sales
• Must commit to 100 dials and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time daily

Responsibilities

• Interact with small to medium size business owners to offer Care.Com Marketing Solutions
• Maintain a consistent and balanced pipeline of opportunities and close deals
• Monitor daily volume of calls, messages, and touch points
• Achieve individual sales goals/quota on a weekly and monthly basis
• Understand company services/products, industry trends, and value
• Collaborate with Care.com management to analyze sales and financial metrics and retain your book of business
