Darby Dental Supply, LLC. is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fully remote, Monday–Friday schedule. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, opening new dental customer accounts, and building a pipeline with CRM tools.

No prior dental experience is required; training is provided. You will engage with dental practices, identify decision-makers, and qualify needs while meeting activity targets and collaborating with a remote team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and text outreach.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby’s products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership in a virtual environment.
