Zanders Sporting Goods, a family-owned wholesale distributor with 60+ years in business, is seeking a motivated team player for our sales team to market products, build relationships with customers, and exceed expectations.

The role focuses on marketing products to existing customers, identifying potential clients, listening to customers, and keeping up with product offerings while following company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• FOID Card required for Illinois residents.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Strong background in B2B sales or account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking and building customer rapport.

Responsibilities

• Market company products to existing customers.
• Identify potential customers and develop relationships.
• Listen to customers, anticipate needs, and meet expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and policies.
