Job summary

HFD is hiring a Provider Support Agent to communicate with healthcare providers and partners via phone, email, and chat. The role focuses on issue resolution, account origination, and policy compliance while supporting business partners in a remote, PST-based schedule.

The position requires weekend availability, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand business partners’ integration and configurations with HFD and prepare for interactions by studying products and Provider Support processes.
• Follow SOPs to contact partners via phone, chat, and email and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to determine the best solution and resolve issues.
• Assist partners with troubleshooting and account origination issues.
• Ensure all tasks and communications comply with SLA and policies.
• Identify trends and escalate issues to Lead to minimize risk and improve customer experience.
