Job summary

Compound Growth Marketing is seeking a freelance B2B Paid Media Specialist to manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms for a portfolio of SaaS and tech clients. You will plan, activate, optimize, and report on campaigns with a strong emphasis on ROI and pipeline impact.

The role is remote, contract-based, and ideal for a candidate with 5–10+ years of hands-on paid media experience in B2B. East Coast hours are preferred for client collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of paid media experience in B2B
• Deep experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Reddit
• Strong ability to plan, activate, optimize, and report campaigns
• Excellent analytical and numeric reasoning for performance data
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop channel-specific paid media strategies aligned to client goals
• Build and present media plans with targeting, budgets, and channel mix
• Execute end-to-end campaigns in Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Create A/B tests and optimize creatives, audiences, and bids
• Provide regular performance insights and client-ready reporting
