Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns across paid social and native platforms. You will partner with account leadership to evolve strategy, manage reporting, and drive client success.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency with Google/Microsoft Office, GA, and a growing Nova ecosystem. We offer a fully flex work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; agency setting preferred.
• Experience with paid advertising on multiple networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Proficiency in campaign development, optimization, bid strategies, and ad copy development.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media platforms.
• Lead optimizations to improve performance relative to goals.
• Manage client budgets and advise on pacing and changes based on data.
• Ensure QA to prevent errors that would negatively impact revenue.
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations to clients weekly.
• Maintain client testing roadmaps and project manage next steps.
