Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to join our remote/hybrid team in the US. You will support execution and performance of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, collaborating with lead Strategists to drive client results.

You’ll own end-to-end testing roadmaps, produce data-driven reporting, and apply AI tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining a client-first mindset and rigorous QA.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of digital marketing; Agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years Direct Response marketing for e-commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads; other platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms with accurate setup and QA.
• Own end-to-end advertising programs, including builds, optimizations, reporting, and pacing.
• Identify growth opportunities, form hypotheses, and recommend data-backed optimizations.
• Incorporate client objectives and brand nuances into strategy and execution.
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear data storytelling.
• Leverage Nova ecosystem to inform strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Propose process improvements to enhance team operations and outcomes.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve efficiency and analysis.
